During the next months we are going to select good pop singers and we are gonna start with Amy Winehouse.

Amy Winehouse was born in the Southgate. She was an English singer-songwriter known for her powerful deep contralto vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres, including R&B, soul and jazz.

During her life, she made a lot of success, sang famous songs like Rehab, and had many, many fans around the world. But she also had some problems in her personal life. She got involved with alcohol and drugs, which made her carrer fall until she was found dead somewhat intoxicated in her apartment on 23 July 2011.
